All items except earrings can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at natalia@binkybelle.com with your order details, and we will provide instructions for returning your item. Ensure the item is securely packaged. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
