Onestamente non posso sottolineare abbastanza come non solo i pezzi siano belli, ma lo è anche il proprietario dell'azienda. Ho ordinato da qui e ho avuto qualche problema con la consegna, la Royal Mail mi ha informato che il mio pacco era stato "smistato male" (lo hanno perso), quindi ho inviato un'e-mail a Natalia tramite i dettagli di contatto sul suo sito Web e quando ho risposto entro 24 ore che era adorabile la signora non solo si è risentita per i miei articoli originali, ma ha anche incluso qualcosa in più che certamente non è prevedibile in quanto possono esserci problemi con qualsiasi corriere, ma è stato assolutamente apprezzato. I miei pezzi ora sono arrivati, perfetti, non vedo l'ora di indossarli. Pezzi a parte, userò Binky Belle per tutti i miei futuri gioielli, non solo perché gli articoli sono stupendi ma perché so che il mio ordine e i miei soldi sono completamente al sicuro con Natalia - il rispetto aggiuntivo che ci dà come clienti è un valore aggiunto bonus. Wow! Such beautiful products and the customer service is absolutely amazing. One of the products had been slightly damaged in the post and the help that I received was flawless. A new product was sent out to me the very next day with no issues at all. I will be buying all my jewellery from here from now on. STUNNING jewellery, super speedy delivery times but their customer service really sets them different. Natalia is an angel. They could also charge double for their pieces and it’d still be worth it. Only getting bits from here now I really can’t gas this business enough xx
