Honestly cannot stress enough how not only are the pieces beautiful, so is the business owner. I ordered from here and had some trouble with delivery, Royal Mail advised that my parcel had been ‘mis-sorted’ (they lost it) - so I emailed Natalia via the contact details on her website and when I say within 24 hours that lovely lady had not only resent my original items, she had also included something extra which is certainly not to be expected as there can be issues with any courier, but it was absolutely appreciated. My pieces have now arrived, perfection, cannot wait to put them on. Pieces aside, I’ll use binky belle for all of my future jewellery, not just because the items are gorgeous but because I know that my order and my money are completely safe with Natalia - the added respect she gives us as customers is an added bonus. Wow! Such beautiful products and the customer service is absolutely amazing. One of the products had been slightly damaged in the post and the help that I received was flawless. STUNNING jewellery, super speedy delivery times but their customer service really sets them different. Natalia is an angel. They could also charge double for their pieces and it’d still be worth it. Only getting bits from here now I really can’t gas this business enough xx
