All the info on the website Sat's it should be shipped in a couple of days, 2 weeks later and I've not received anything. Customer service now saying 3-4 weeks, very poor service

I’m so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. As mentioned in my recent email, the first bullet point in the item description states that custom pieces take 2–4 weeks to be made and delivered. I believe the confusion may have come from selecting ‘Tracked 48’ at checkout — if the item wasn’t custom-made, it would indeed have arrived within 48 hours. However, for custom pieces, there’s a 2–4 week production period before they’re shipped via Tracked 48.
